We are seeking an Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to: * Work collaboratively with ED leadership and oversee of daily operations of the ED * Plan, direct and evaluate patient and family care. * Communicate and collaborate with a variety of staff including ED staff, nursing leadership, medical staff, case management, social work and multiple departments. * Acts as a clinical resource to staff and assure nursing care is provide within UW Health\'s established standards of care. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered but the candidate must be enrolled in a BSN program with a program completion date within 24 months of hire. Preferred - Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN). Work Experience : Minimum - Three (3) years of relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience. Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Preferred - Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in clinical practice. Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated success. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Registered Nurse license in state of Wisconsin.
