JOB REQUIREMENTS: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro - Per Diem - 32812 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : Parttime, per diem day shift. Variable weekday shifts between the hours of 7:00am - 5:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neurology (PT) to: * Provide consultative and rehabilitative services to individuals with conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, movement disorders and vestibular disorders. * Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care. * Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one\'s own practice and educate others. * Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care. Work Experience : Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.
