JOB REQUIREMENTS: Phlebotomist Clinical Labs - 32901 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Day/Evening Shift. Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 8:30PM. Flexible start time required based on operational need. You may be eligible for up to a \$2,500 sign-on bonus. You will work at Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to: * Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages. * Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. * Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing as needed. * Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system as needed. Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
