Role Description:

As a Senior Risk Project Manager, you'll lead critical workstreams that define how Amazon approaches regulatory compliance through both technological and operational solutions. You'll own the development of innovative compliance frameworks, drive the implementation of monitoring systems, and shape our strategic response to emerging regulations.

Your Impact:

  • Own end-to-end implementation of major regulatory programs with significant business impact

  • Lead the development and deployment of next-generation compliance monitoring and risk assessment platforms

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between tech, legal, and business teams to build scalable compliance solutions

  • Design and implement automated compliance processes that scale across multiple markets

  • Develop strategic roadmaps combining technical innovation with operational excellence

  • Lead stakeholder engagement up to senior leadership level

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level

  • Experience in compliance, audit or risk management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies and programs or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent

  • Master's degree or equivalent
