Sr. Scrum Master/TPO

Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as a Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of high-quality products.
Manage and communicate project scope, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and adopt best practices.
Provide guidance and support to team members on agile principles and practices.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Product Owner, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in applying them in a software development environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $102,000- $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
