Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsible for providing support and repairs to the various machinery found in the production areas and the equipment that is found within the building and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on all machinery during shift.

• Troubleshoot all plant maintenance issues during shift as requested.

• Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure that adequate repair parts are stocked.

• Use MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory.

• Make recommendations for equipment improvements.

• Assist with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications.

• Strive for continuous improvement of equipment.

• Serve as an example for housekeeping and safety standards.

• Ensure that daily preventive maintenance tasks are performed and recorded.

• Enter all Work Order Requests into automated tracking system.

• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting of Work Order Request information.

Essential Skills

• Experience in industrial maintenance.

• Proficiency in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.

The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $66560.00/yr.
