Overview
We are searching for Clinical Educator to support learning initiatives
Ability to work hybrid from our Louisville, KY Corporate Office
How you Will make a difference
Oversee the community’s job specific onboarding programs for Clinical teams and stakeholders.
Create a skills matrix to know where specific expertise, talents and gaps are across the company.
Facilitate networking and knowledge sharing between facilities by designing and implementing learning materials that develop the competencies and knowledge of Stakeholders in the communities.
Lead learning events specific to the community you serve and envision future learning needs for teams.
Identify industry trends, content sources, and content experts and support facilitation of learning sessions virtually and in-person and coordinate regular outreach to community members to ensure engagement.
Establish and manage the development of learning communities to address specific technical or clinical needs.
Facilitate networking and knowledge sharing between facilities by designing and implementing learning materials that develop the competencies and knowledge of Stakeholders in the communities.
Be a source of initiative, technical, and clinical expertise for community members.
What you Need to make a Difference
Bachelor’s in nursing, or related field required or equivalent related work experience.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum two (2) years of Long Term Care or Geriatric recent experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Director of Nursing
Must have previous experience building content for clinical programs
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation.
Be willing to travel to our facilities within 5 States (20%)
