Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation and invoice processing. You will also handle data entry tasks and manage accounts payable functions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the Accounts Payable (AP) function by ensuring all invoices are coded correctly and processed in a timely manner

• Conduct regular check runs to keep up with the company's financial obligations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial data and perform account reconciliation tasks

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all data entry tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy

• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice processing and payment status. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Must possess skills in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to conduct Check Runs is required

• Expertise in Coding Invoices is expected

• Proficiency in Data Entry is a must

• Must have experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Familiarity with Oracle is required

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is expected

• Proficiency in SAP is a must
