Job Summary:
The Environment, Health & Safety Sr. Analyst brings extensive experience and expertise to the role, leading in-depth investigations into environmental incidents and occupational hazards. They mentor junior analysts and are instrumental in shaping EHS policies. The Senior Analyst also evaluates the effectiveness of EHS programs and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Environment Management:
Overseeing the process of environment setup, configuration, and maintenance
Implementing and enforcing environment management policies and procedures
Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with environment standards
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities for environment management tasks
Technical Support:
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to environments
Collaborating with development and testing teams to troubleshoot complex environment problems
Identifying and implementing solutions to improve environment stability and performance
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure efficient use of environments
Coordinating with project managers to plan and prioritize environment needs
Communicating environment status and updates to relevant stakeholders
Providing training and support to development and testing teams on environment usage and best practices

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, , or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
Advanced EHS certifications, such as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Expert level data analysis and risk assessment capabilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and make recommendations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When not traveling you will be required to be onsite at home location.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000-115,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.

$82,700.00 - $148,900.00
