Job Description

We are looking for a full-time

database analyst with ETL/data mapping and data modeling experience. You will play a vital role in

expanding our informatics systems and facilitating research into a number of neurological diseases and

disorders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Profile source data and create source-to-target data mappings

Perform data quality/integrity checks matching pre- and post-mapped data

Identify & address problems that may impact data mapping/data integration

Perform data modeling and data manipulation using SQL and rules-based languages

Document and communicate progress, problems and related issues

Implement best practices in data quality and metadata management

Assist with database maintenance tasks

Pay rate: $32-36

Skills and Requirements

-1+ years of experience working with complex data models

-Strong working experience with SQL including reading, writing, and evaluating

-Data management and data flow experience

-Quick learner and collaborative individual -Data Harmonization expertise

-Research data analysis experience, EDC system experience

-Shell Scripts experience null
