Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a CSR Team Lead to join their team. As a CSR Team Lead, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Electronics Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Job Title: CSR Team Lead
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $41,600 - $45,760 per year
What's the Job?
Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers
Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer feedback
Assist with training and development of new team members
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
