Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles, California

Description

A local client in downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Call Center Customer Support Representative to join their team on a temp to hire bases. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service to their clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This will be full time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally

  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance

  • Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively and efficiently

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction ratings

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a call center environment is required

  • Proven track record of tenure in previous roles, demonstrating reliability and commitment

  • Experience handling inbound calls, with the ability to manage a high call volume (80-100 calls per day)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications

  • Flexibility to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
