Job Opportunity: Industrial Maintenance Mechanics in Longmont, CO

Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team in Longmont, CO. Your primary duties will involve maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Compensation:

  • $39.00/hr - $43.00/hr (depending on experience, with potential for growth)

Available Shifts:

  • 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (12-hour shifts)

  • Must be willing to work any day of the week, including weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.

  • Diagnose and fix issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for maintenance and repairs.

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

  • Train and guide team members on technical skills and machine operations.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.

Extras:

  • Competitive Pay: Ranging from $34/hr to $39/hr, with a $4,500 sign-on bonus for certain roles.
