Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this role, you will be vital in keeping our payable accounts organized and updated. You will also be expected to provide support in data entry, invoice processing, and cash control tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the Accounts Payable Email

• Verify and process Gift Store invoices batches

• Accurately process invoices via Job Router

• Research vendor statements for discrepancies and outstanding balances

• Prepare payment mailings, stuffing, and stamping

• Process Check Requests and address/respond to vendor inquiries

• Request and verify vendor ACH banking information

• Assist with internal requests from staff in a timely manner

• Collect cash from Glory cash machines and input daily totals for ticketing and retail sales

• Prepare cash deposits for armored transportation services

• Fulfill petty cash requests for staff members and manage cash disbursements to Guest Services and retail locations

• Create daily cash reports using Cash Room Manager and MS Excel

• Audit register receipts from Guest Services and retail locations and manage bank cash deposits

• Audit daily ticket sales and attendance figures and maintain cash vault twice daily. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with check runs

• Ability to perform coding invoices

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Oracle

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software

• Familiarity with SAP software
