Position Overview
The purpose of this position is to provide SharePoint application analyst and Power Platform Developer for Kiewit Technology Group-Rapid Solution Development Team. Person will analyze business needs, design, and develop SharePoint related solutions using SharePoint Online features and / or Power Platform Power Apps, Custom Canvas Apps, and Automate workflows. #LI-WJ1

This position can be based out of our Lenexa, KS or Lone Tree office. We are not offering relocation assistance for this job.

Responsibilities
Provide SharePoint end user support and training
Work with other SharePoint Power Platform Analysts and Developers in identifying and proposing application system changes, enhancements, and develop Power Platform Apps and/or workflows
Working with the SharePoint Developer Team members and other related teams to follow best practice and standards
Help support SharePoint engineering/construction project sites, districts sites and/or other assigned tasks
Track work and time in applicable ticket systems • Attend SharePoint related update/schedule meetings
Identify/provide specifications and requirements based on technical needs • Provide SharePoint site and/or Power Platform application QA/testing
Identify and resolve problems affecting SharePoint site layout, list/library, and applications to improve process
Create and maintain process/training documentation. Create related developer-level or app-level documentation for end users
Completing assigned task with basic direction from Team Leader
Communications with other team member and developers
Willingness to learn and be innovative
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented with attention to detail
Qualifications
BS or equivalent work experience –Information Technology, Engineering Technology or Technical Related Degree or work experience
2-5 years of experience in SharePoint/Web Application administration, support, and related development with current technology
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience as a SharePoint Site Administrator with analysis, design, hands-on development
Knowledge in SharePoint O365/M365
Experience in Power Apps and Automate Flow, knowledge of data structure for proper layout for apps, workflows.
Knowledge in Power BI reports.
Knowledge in InfoPath form development and workflow development in SharePoint Designer 2013.
Proficient in List/Library modification and site design/permissions, including willingness to learn new technology like json formatting.
Interpersonal skills with an aptitude for communicating technical issues to both peers and non-technical staff
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Customer focus - understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
Proficient in modern Office Applications
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Project management skills with knowledge of setting priorities based on assigned project tasks
Abilities to listen and understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience with base–med level complex Power Apps or automate workflows
Experience with base–med level complex modern SharePoint site layout and web parts
SharePoint site custom template deployment
Willingness to learn new technology and increase skill set (examples includes coding expression improvement, Power Platform advanced features, etc.)

Base Compensation: $95,000/yr - $110,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
