Position Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for administering Windows endpoints in a large enterprise environment encompassing Virtual, Physical, and Cloud Windows endpoints. The candidate must have experience with industry tools such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, or HCL Bigfix, and using them at scale. They will be responsible for ensuring device imaging and provisioning are done efficiently. They will plan roadmap items, deliver projects end-to-end, and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Windows:
Managing GPO or configuration profiles in Microsoft Intune
Managing workloads between SCCM/BigFix and Intune
Understanding security baselines and enforcement of them
Deep level Windows OS troubleshooting and utilizing tools such as Sysinternals
Setting up certificate deployment (SCEP, NDES, PKIs)
Managing Firewall and Defender with Intune
Understand management of BitLocker
Familiarity with Conditional Access and Device Compliance
Experience with federated Azure AD domains (Ping, Okta,etc)
Managing Windows Hello for Business
Device Provisioning / Autopilot:
Understanding core device provisioning and imaging concepts
Experience with SCCM Task sequences, MDT, and other traditional imaging methods
Configuring and supporting Autopilot
Navigate moving from Hybrid Join to Azure/Entra AD join
Familiarity with cloud imaging tools (OSDCloud, Cloud MDT, etc)
Manage vendor factory integrations for device provisioning
Build Self-deploying mode for Kiosk devices
What you have
Required Qualifications:
Expert level knowledge of Intune functionality with previous experience in establishing it in a versatile environment.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience systems management of Windows workstations at large scale (20k+).
Hands on experience with tool deployment, configuration, customization, and endpoint management in a large enterprise setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent technical/vocational certification and a combination of experience preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, Bigfix, and/or other large systems management tools
In-Depth Knowledge of PowerShell and PowerShell GUI’s.
Experience with Graph API and making REST API calls
Familiar leading Scrum / Agile Management projects.

CO Salary Range: USD $145,000 - $165,000 / Year
