Veralto Sales Account Manager - Software Solutions (Bilingual French/English) in London, Ontario

THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Be a trusted consultant to Esko’s customers, often focusing on the portion of the customer base that already has moderate or high engagement with other Esko solutions.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for their assigned territory.

  • Uncover customer solutions needs, create sales opportunities for Esko software, demonstrate and convince customer of the value of the Esko solutions, negotiate and close sales opportunities.

  • Work with technical pre-sales team to create demonstrations and custom proposals for customers.

  • Accurately identify the scope of the customer need, and develop a customized deployment plan for that customer, in collaboration with other Esko teams.

  • Facilitate hand-off of deployment to the service team.

  • Create and maintain positive brand image for Esko through customer interactions and meetings.

  • Maintain clean funnel management and continuously improve the quality of Esko’s customer database.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:

  • Solution Knowledge: Good understanding of Esko solutions, print and packaging converter market space.

  • Consultant Mindset: Able to win the trust of customers by personally providing value to that customer’s business. Can navigate customer’s internal hierarchies, including c-suite level meetings.

  • Process Orientation: Able to break down a complex objective into actionable steps, and create a plan to accomplish those steps. Understands how to manage their own time and energy towards the most important needs.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to present complex ideas and help clients articulate the ROI of their Esko partnership, ability to interpret data for customer insight

  • Negotiator: An aptitude for conducting tough conversations, including overcoming objections. Can explain value to others according to that person’s priorities, values, and perspective.

  • Learning Agility: Can learn new topics quickly. Strongly retains details such as account and contact names, specific business practices, and prior account history.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent SaaS sales skills and a consistent record of achieving KPI’s.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proven track record in driving sales at a c-suite level.

  • Solid experience with CRM systems, Excel, MS Office

  • Bi-lingual French/English; fluent in verbal and written correspondence including business contracts

  • International travel required
