We are recruiting a Workplace Experience Program Manager to join the team in London. Reporting to the Global Workplace Experience Director, you will be responsible for facilitating small to medium cross-functional projects and programs. This job is part of the Workplace Experience team, responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic, global and regional programs representing major company initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee cross-functional projects or Workplace Experience programs from end to end using a formal process.

  • Manage and maintain the Regional Community Events and Engagement Calendars

  • Partners with senior leaders (GMs) assure execution of all engagement programs

  • and events.

  • Create presentations and operating content manuals for each event or engagement activation.

  • Assist in the sourcing of vendors, suppliers, and materials required to deliver each event or activation.

  • Assure consistency of programming is maintained across all regions, including local nuances and variations.

  • Maintain effective and informative programming communications across regions.

  • Research and shares WPE industry best practices and innovations.

  • Supports the monthly regional CSAT collection, tracking and action plans.

  • Gathers and maintains library of images and statistics of current and past WPE events.

  • Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time.

  • Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.

  • Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.

  • Create and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts.

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships.

  • Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams

  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of hospitality experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • A passion for delivering service excellence, a standard to provide transformational service in hospitality.

  • A consistently professional approach, including a strong sense of self- respect and integrity, as well as respect for and interest in others.

  • A mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside one’s job domain.

  • Competencies must include self-confidence, willingness to learn, and feeling comfortable with change and coordinating change.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

  • Ability to deliver a compelling and effective messages to key stakeholders.

  • Learn to design, build, and deliver impactful in-person and virtual presentations

  • Advance knowledge of presentation software such as PowerPoint, Canva, Illustrator a plus.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Warm and engaging demeanor.

  • Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.

  • Utilize a high level of attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal skills.

  • Have a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise.
