As an Account Director, you’ll be over-seeing several accounts across our UK and global business; which means some of the best-known brands in healthcare will be in your hands!

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Taking responsibility for the strategic development and direction of a portfolio of accounts
Defining and owning the client strategy
Partnering with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, budget and scope
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts
Working with project team and client to agree budget, scope and timeline
Taking responsibility for revenue forecasting and delivery
Owns the overarching relationship with the client
Line management and development of junior team members
Qualifications
Who You Are
5+ years in a healthcare advertising agency
Already working at Account Director level, or extensive experience as a Senior Account Manager ready to step up
Extensive experience with pharmaceutical clients
An ability to create a brand strategy
Excellent relationship management experience
Proven effectiveness as a people leader and line manager
Experience of the full project life cycle
Strong commercial acumen & financial/budget management experience
Proven experience with organic and new business growth
