As a Dive Shop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to manage daily shop personnel, shop operations, coordinate repair schedules, input payroll, and update maintenance logs in the NAMS system. You will be also responsible for dive systems by making sure they are in certification and ready to mobilize to job sites as well as turning around those same systems when they return from the field. In addition, you will participate in operations and project readiness and turnover meetings, and order equipment and schedule trucking for the equipment to and from the job sites.

What it takes:
5+ years of experience working in a Construction or Industrial shop environment
Knowledge of commercial dive systems and equipment is desired but not required
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
