Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry located in LOMBARD, Illinois, 60148-5404, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing traffic images and videos for violations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the resolution of inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process violations in accordance with established procedures.

• Accurately handle customer credit applications.

• Keep customer credit records up to date and organized.

• Assist in the review and information lookup of violation records with license plates.

• Handle email correspondence efficiently.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various data entry tasks.

• Perform calculations and scanning as required.

• Keep track of customer accounts and take appropriate action.

• Correct Owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.

• Monitor and review daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane. Requirements

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Demonstrable 10 Key Skills

• Proven experience in Data Entry

• Excellent Customer Service abilities

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence

• Strong skills in Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and efficiently

• Experience in Scanning documents

• Fast and accurate Typing skills

• Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred
