Description Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned: Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments. Check-in containers and preform necessary FTZ security checks. Report any discrepancies between actual receipts and documentation. Follow up on any "Go Orders" to ensure issues are resolved. Promote a safe work environment. Maintain and report any factory miss packs. Backup for critical roles on "the floor" to assure continuity during absences. Ensure all products are accounted for and moved to appropriate area. Monitor inventory issues throughout the facility and report problems to shift inventory clerk. Maintain MSDS books. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) to three (3) years of distribution or warehousing experience. Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications and PKMS Warehouse Management system. Ability to operate all material handling equipment. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Flexibility to cover other shifts during absences. Ability to work in variant internal and external climate temperatures and low lighting. Good depth perception. Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
