Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for Boost Mobile’s retail channels.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on promotional offers and campaigns.

  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing on revenue and profitability.

  • Provide reports on pricing performance, market dynamics, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • Proficiency in Google Suite

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
