About the role

  • Our Accounts Payable team, composed of 15 people is integrated in the Procurement Service Line and focuses on delivering accounts payable operations in collaboration with other Accounts Payable teams, as well as other departments, such as Finance.

  • As an Accounts Payable Trainee, you will work on performing transactional operations on a day-to-day basis according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality and customer satisfaction targets to support the whole Procurement department.

You will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring invoice processing promptly.

  • Analyzing and communicating discrepancies between order and invoice

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders using defined communication channels.

  • Using SAP for daily tasks.

  • We offer a 12-month internship based on a hybrid working model.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

Competencies:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Google Tools Knowledge (i.e., Excel sheets) and/or Excel Knowledge

  • Be able to follow corporate procedures and compliance rules

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay reasonably expected for this role goes from 940 EUR to 1040 EUR, depending on your academic grade. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
