Supervisor de Alimentos y Bebidas is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.

What will I be doing?

Supervisor de Alimentos y Bebidas are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverage Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Minimum 2 years' experience in the position of F&B supervisor/team leader/captain in 4 or 5 star hotels.

Knowledge and handling of F&B service standards.

Knowledge of hygiene and food and beverage handling.

Intermediate - Advanced English - Advanced level of MS office management.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

Commercial management of food and beverages.
