Labor Relations Analyst - Materials Plant. Managerial full-time position. Entry-level position with required relevant experience.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work schedule: full-time position.

Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of demonstrable track record, in Human Resources. Desirable to have knowledge in Union and Collective agreements negotiations.

The role:

As Labor Relations Analyst you will be in charge of implementing and maintaining Materials Plant´s labor strategy, including programs, policies and procedures. Ensure satisfactory labor management relations and helps interpret collective bargaining agreements. As part of your role, you will need to lead compliance with Perú Union Law, having in consideration P&G Policies.

Main responsibilities

  • Ability to showcase analytical thinking, effective verbal communication and technical writing skills.

  • Proven experience in negotiations preparation, bargaining, implementation and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements. Also, demonstrated ability to negotiate under dynamic and adverse conditions with a strategic forward-thinking and resilient approach

  • Manage conflict and challenge thinking of leaders, peers, subordinates and partners. Ability to effectively influence and provide sound consultation to line clients and senior business partners.

  • Ability to portray a professional demeanor and engage with unions regarding complex issues and unexpected dynamics.

  • Driven by a can-do attitude, results-oriented assertiveness and resilience to work through complex and evolving initiatives; be an advocate to creatively identify options and support workplace improvements.

  • Proven experience applying project management techniques to drive efficient and willing to take action results; managing multiple projects and work streams simultaneously is paramount.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking, fast paced environment via mastered interpersonal and time management practices.

  • Ability to work independently and build/implement tactics utilizing corporate resources and a detailed understanding of business and interpersonal outcomes desired.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrable track record in Human Resources.

  • Experience in successfully developing organizations, including both teams and individuals.

  • Knowledge of Peru's employment legislation.

  • Proven experience in successfully managing changes to employment and addressing the employee relations issues arising from these changes is essential.

  • Knowledge in union and collective agreements negotiations is desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration at all levels of the organization. A "can-do" attitude.

  • A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably with some business focus).

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
