Responsibilities:

• Cover front desk tasks by greeting and checking in clients, answering the phone, booking client appointments, reschedule appointments and accommodate walk ins
• During downtime, assisting with Shop Duties, i.e. laundry and general clean-up of facility, which includes taking out trash, sweeping, dusting, doing spa tea therapy dishes, cleaning treatment rooms, & cleaning restrooms. Detailed list of shop duties is available in spa operations procedures manual
• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and ready to use
• Attending all staff meetings, in-house training, and conventions/trade shows to keep up with the trends
• Keeping professional cabinet supplies stocked and organized
• Doing inventory upon request
• May be scheduled to open and/or close facility during scheduled shift
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have obtained High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and community
• Excellent communication skills: sensing, verbal, and written
• Ability to learn and work effectively and quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify priorities, organize, manage time effectively, set priorities and goals, and creating results through action
• Ability to upsell services and sell product
• Ability to read magazines and journals relevant to industry
• Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Excellent presentation and image, immaculate personal hygiene, wear specific work attire and maintain short nails
• Some Computer and software management skills relevant to the company's system
• Accountability and responsibility, extremely self-directed, displaying initiative, commitment, and loyalty to business
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while adhering to company guidelines
• Ability to multitask, with awareness and mindfulness of the big picture, ability to handle stress
• Excellent presentation, physical and emotional health, expressed as a personal well-being
• Must be professional, friendly, positive attitude. Enthusiastic and mindful of meeting client needs and organization needs

Hours Available: Part-Time or Full-Time, Monday through Saturday

Shift: First and Second Shifts
