Job Description

The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance specialists. This role ensures that the company's quality system standards are met and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batch records and labels, and issue these batch records and raw materials to begin production.

• Carry out non-conformance investigations.

• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.

• Compile data to support the trending program.

• File completed records, including but not limited to, completed batch records, on-site training records, completed validations, calibration records, and completed qualification records.

• Audit previous batch records.

• Document and report compliance.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Training will also follow the same schedule. The work will be performed on a laptop in an office setting. When working with raw materials, personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gowns and hair nets are required. There is no heavy lifting involved, but the environment can be loud at times. The position involves working in a BSL 2 Lab (Biosafety Level 2).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
