Alldeductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Theworker’s will be paid on a weekly basis. The employer will provide workersat no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation(including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place ofemployment will be provided, or it’s cost to workers reimbursed if theworker completes half the employment period. Housing at the worksite maybe available with no payroll deduction. If the worker completes 50% of thework contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment tithe place ofwork. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker isdismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay the worker's reasonablecosts of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the placethe worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amountfor daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to amaximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
