Job Title: Medical Tray Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Tray Assembly Technician to handle returns, document information, label products, and rebuild medical trays to standard specifications. This role also involves assisting with cleanroom duties. The position offers two shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (once every 4-6 weeks for one week) with some overtime. Training will be provided for the Oracle system.
Responsibilities
Handle all returns and document information into the computer.
Label products accurately.
Rebuild medical trays according to standards.
Assist with cleanroom duties.
Work with Oracle, Microsoft, Outlook, and Teams.
Sit for long periods (60%) to complete surgical trays and move trays within the process (40%).
Lift up to 30 pounds multiple times unassisted throughout the day.
Essential Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Oracle training will be provided).
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Ability to retain information and follow processes accurately.
Good vision or corrected vision to process small components.
Ability to learn and adapt to multiple processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly, preferably in the medical field (but not required).
Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
Ability to sit for long periods (60%) and move around (40%).
