The Machine Operator is primarily responsible for running surface mount machines in the New Build Department.

Primary Duties

Learn & follow detailed work instructions Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities listed below Load, Operate and monitor surface mount machines Perform basic trouble shooting of machines Complete documentation as needed Count finished goods and supplies as needed Participate in various improvement activities

Qualifications

Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with coworkers

Ability to work as a team member

Must be safety conscious

Ability to stand all day, stoop & bend andlift upto 40 lbs.

Attention to detail and good with numbers

Commitment to meeting production demands and quality requirements

Understand Customer requirements as they relate to their job function

Ability to identify and address and/or communicate any potential non-conformances

Ability to get to work on time with minimal absences

Education / Experience

Previous machine operatorexperiencedesired
