Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks. As a Receptionist, you should have a welcoming attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and pleasing to the eye.

• Update calendars and schedule meetings when required.

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties.

  Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
