Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team. This role involves strategic leadership for program and portfolio management within the IT sector. You will be based in League City, Texas, 77573, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of systems according to prescribed methodologies and standards.

• Manage large-scale IT application development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Set project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules.

• Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders, including analysts, applications programmers, and clients.

• Monitor and manage project budgets and expenditures.

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Apply knowledge of 'About Time', AB Testing, Agile Scrum methodologies, Budget Processes, and Change Management.

• Align skills and resources effectively to meet project objectives.

• Independently exercise judgment in coordinating or overseeing the activities of other employees.

• Prioritize, authorize, manage, and control projects and programs to achieve strategic business objectives. Requirements • Proven competency in Atlassian Jira, a necessary tool for project management and tracking

• Knowledge and experience in Cisco Technologies to ensure seamless network operations

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies to facilitate online collaboration and data storage

• Demonstrated skill in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain strong client relationships

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management

• Experience with About Time software for effective project time tracking

• Understanding of AB Testing methodologies to optimize project outcomes

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure project efficiency and adaptability

• Experience in managing Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and adjustment
