Overview\ TidalHealth Home Care is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled home care team. For 40 years, our agency, formerly Peninsula Home Care, has been providing advanced skilled acute care to our community seniors. Our goal is to keep our seniors living safely at home for as long as they possible. Providing skilled home health aide services in tandem with our skilled therapists and nurses in integral to their success. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities identified in the Care Plan while ensuring their safety and comfort, maintaining a supportive environment for them and their caregiver, all while serving as a critical member of their interdisciplinary treatment team.
