Robert Half is partnering with a leading Las Vegas based entertainment and hospitality company in their search for a Senior Accountant. This role is an integral part of the company's finance and accounting functions and presents a great opportunity for candidates looking to take the next step in their careers and develop valuable skills while working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing journal entries and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations

• Reviewing balance sheet and income statement fluctuations

• Leading accounting staff and managing AP, AR, and fixed asset processes

• Coordinating audit requests and forming essential processes and controls

• Supporting annual budgets and other financial projects

• Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining a high quality of work.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting

• 2+ years' work experience in a top-tier public accounting firm

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Understanding of financial systems and GAAP regulations
