Randstad is partnering with a company in the Summerlin area to find an experienced and skilled Accounting Supervisor with expertise in job cost accounting for a direct hire position. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $100K - $120K plus a 10% bonus, excellent benefits, daily onsite lunch, and a hybrid work schedule.

responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

• Job cost accounting and reporting, including the administration of construction contracts and consulting agreements.

• Preparing ad hoc reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.

• Overseeing job cost applications.

• Preparing and forecasting reimbursement packages and budgets.

• Compiling the monthly Development Status Report.

• Assisting site personnel with job cost accounting-related matters

• Construction experience needed: certified payroll documentation, contract administration, reviewing change orders, lien management, permits, working closely with Project Managers, sub-contractor billing, WIP, and payment application.

qualifications:

We are seeking a team player who can multitask and work independently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. You must be deadline-focused, organized, and adept at problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing, are essential. The role demands the ability to manage a dynamic work environment with competing priorities. Real Estate Development experience is preferred.
