Job Description

The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems.

This position functions as an Azure developer specialist and development team lead, within a team of technology professionals. This position helps with design, development, testing, and on-going enhancements that support the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI) and the following agency systems.

This position is responsible for participation on application development projects which focus on achieving the goals and mission of the agency. This position has responsibilities in all phases of the software development lifecycle related to these systems. Knowledge of Azure architecture, solution implementation, and .Net Development (C# and VB) as listed within the knowledge skills and abilities section of this position description.

SIGNING BONUS:

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Up to $1,250 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees.
