Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school.nnEssential Functions:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.nn * Provides direct, engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students daily (hours are determined by state/client needs)n * Provides targeted, personalized feedback using a variety of techniquesn * Differentiates instruction based on student level of masteryn * Schedules time daily to access learning management system and review student progress and grade submitted assignmentsn * Creates a welcoming class environment adhering to course set-up and management guidelinesn * Actively learns and engages in curriculumn * Analyzes student data and identifies appropriate actions that improve student achievementn * Adheres to state and client specific policies and procedures, meeting non-negotiable deadlinesn * Supports in-class facilitators with classroom management, curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment that is in line with policies and proceduresn * Commitment to personalizing learning for all studentsn * Ability to attend monthly data analysis meetings, work collaboratively with other teachers tointerpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisionsn * Complete additional trainings as part of teacher induction program and annually as requiredn * Creates and/or Augments course content according to prescribed policies and procedures using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools under guidance from manager and content teamn * Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and proactively com
