What you will do as our Business Analyst - Field Service Management

Welcome to ASSA ABLOY Entrance System to open new doors and opportunities with us! In this job as a Business Analyst, you will be a member of our IT Delivery organization as an internal consultant focusing on the Field Service Management and our service process.

Your key responsibility will be to support and improvem our - Field Service Management system and field service process in general. This includes working with business analysis, implementation, maintenance and administration of the FSM & Mobility application FMP360, other tools and processes.

You will also be taking initiatives, suggesting ideas and working with overall improvement of all solutions within service solution to meet business objectives and requirements.

Location flexible; the successful candidate will be ideally based at our site in Landskrona, Sweden, however, we will consider other locations for the right candidate

You would also:

• attend or lead daily operational meetings with the application team

• atttend Service Solution area meetings and report on tasks, issues, challenges and opportunities to the Program Manager

• translate business requirements and objectives into IT solutions and processes in cooperation with Subject Matter Experts (SME)

• Perform system administrator activities on the platform as well as documentation and testing of applications in scope.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for a candidate with:

• with good business knowledge and experience from global/international companies in a similar role.

• fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English

• willingness to travel within the EMEIA region (and occasionally beyond) is a requirement but frequency will vary.

It goes without saying that you’ll possess first class analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a natural flare for communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure that deadlines are met. We anticipate the ideal candidate to be the type of person who thrives in the face of challenge, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You have the ability to switch between working independently as well as in a team as a member or as a coordinator. You enjoy and are motivated by understanding business needs and targets.
