SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Practice Site Manager is responsible for the pleasant and efficient operation of the practice in order to provide quality patient care and service. This is accomplished by adhering to the practice's philosophy statement, policies and procedures and maintaining open communication channels between and with Providers, Clinical Supervisor, Medical Office Supervisor and other Managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior supervisory experience in a medical office is required.
Three (3) years of related experience is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Prior experience in a Heart and Vascular outpatient clinic preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
