Medical Device Assembler Responsibilities

• Assist tending machines, loading and unloading fixtures, and cleaning machines.
• Inspect product parts throughout the assembly process using measuring devices, gauges, and microscopes.
• Utilize hand operations including buffing, deburring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage required production and quality documentation.
• Adjust machine and assembly equipment settings to meet product specifications.

Medical Device Assembler Qualifications

• Strong English comprehension.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Basic math skills.
