Job Title: Full-Time Client Services Representative

Location: On-site Position in Lancaster, PA

Job Description:

Seeking an analytical Client Services Representative with strong MS Excel skills. This is not a call center role.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email
• Address client inquiries professionally
• Create and analyze reports

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable vehicle for occasional local site visits
• Medical office experience is a plus
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
