Beaocn Hill's client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to support client onboarding and account development. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments and clients to ensure smooth onboarding, account setup, and service alignment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and skilled in project coordination. This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity that is primarily remote in Lakeville, MN. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Evaluate and analyze client information to ensure service alignment.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to identify and address customer needs.
- Review and verify onboarding documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain onboarding checklists and process documentation.
- Monitor onboarding progress and coordinate with Business Development and Account Managers.
- Provide proactive recommendations and alternative solutions as needed.
- Facilitate the development of technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Audit new client accounts for completeness and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
*Required Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems and project management tools preferred.
- Ability to document business and technical requirements effectively.
- Enthusiastic, decisive, and proactive approach to work.
*Work Environment & Expectations:*
- Remote position with occasional video meetings.
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet workload expectations.
- Regular collaboration with team members and clients.
- Must be available for required overtime based on business needs.
