Job Description
The Computer Depot Support Technician will manage the daily tracking of outgoing, and incoming computer equipment shipments associated to WAH (Work at home), and site-to-site shipments from the Depot throughout North America. Technicians will image or update equipment and track inventory through internal systems

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Create shipping labels and track incoming and outgoing equipment
Provide weekly reporting on equipment returns and shipping labels
Align with the Equipment Recovery Team, and initiate swift action on all returns pending return
Manage cases by pulling new tickets daily and ensure completion
Tracking upcoming organizations needs and anticipate volume for shipping and equipment stock based on new employee hiring across North America
Create daily shipping labels for each new groups of shipping requests
Schedule shipping pickup, including Freight shipment throughout North America
Track ticket progress in our internal tools
Track/Audit shipping return labels to align with the Equipment Recovery Team
Report on all outstanding return shipments not received
Update Equipment inventory systems as needed
Manage shipping supplies, and stock North America Depot as needed
Respond to inquiries by phone, e-mail, and chat is a prompt and professional manner
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
Willingness to work a flexible schedulerequired
Employment will be onsite in Lake Mary Florida required
MS Office Suite experience required
Experience in IT administration, SCCM, Computer imaging, Procurement, Inventory Management preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
