Housekeeper - 12 fulltime, temporary, peak load (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/2025 - 10/31/2025.

Employer: Crocitto Hospitality, LLC dba Holiday Inn Resort, Lake George, 2223 Canada St, Lake George, NY 142845.

Duties: Clean rooms, including bathroom, living area and kitchenettes (changing linens, scrubbing sinks, tubs, floors, walls and vacuuming), wash laundry, maintain cleanliness of grounds (pick up refuse, string trim), maintain pool and building (clean spills, wash walls, remove trash), maintain/clean front desk (keeping the area sanitized and free of refuse and dust). Duties include washing and drying guestroom linens, including towels, sheets, and blankets using commercial size washing machines and dryers.

Transportation provided to and from job sites in Warren County from designated location: 2223 Canada St, Lake George, NY 12845.

No experience or education required. On-the-job training will be provided. Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Work hours: Varies Mon-Sun, 9AM-4:30PM. Approximately 35 hours/week at $16.67/hour. Possible OT 0-10 hrs at $25.01/hour. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. Schedule varies, hours vary, rotating days off.

Employer may assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
