Come work in a beautiful setting overlooking majestic Lake George, The Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center! We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who loves to cook and can work in a fast-paced, team environment. If that's you, the Culinary Department at the Fort William Henryis just the place for you!

The Line Cook assists the Chef in all kitchen operations and assures kitchen cleanliness and meets all health dept standards, working on the line and makes sure that each menu item is prepared according to company standards.

Other duties may include helping train kitchen staff, and making sure all orders are received and placed in storage using our guidelines, make sure all orders coming in are correct and mistakes are corrected according to our agreement with our vendors.
