It's an exciting time to join Uline! Position Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department. Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests. Order office and department supplies. Support branch events. Manage branch visitor preparations. Sort and send mail and packages. Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 2 - 3 years related receptionist experience. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in a corporate office environment preferred. Excellent communication skills.
