What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle SaaS Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement configurations and customizations, and provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM modules.

You have that rare combination—a sharp technical brain and a head for business. You’ll use this to help customers achieve real-world success with our products. We also look for:

• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Analyze and interpret business needs, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.

• Design and configure Oracle SaaS SCM modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Develop, test, and implement customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations (CEMLIs) within Oracle SaaS SCM.

• Collaborate with development teams to build and test technical solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements.

• Provide technical support for Oracle SCM modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure system stability and performance.

• Configure Oracle SaaS SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and other related applications.

• Maintain and manage system setups, configurations, and data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the SCM landscape.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SCM modules, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use Oracle SaaS SCM modules.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SCM domain.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle SaaS SCM features and functionalities, recommending and implementing best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize supply chain processes.

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, with a focus on Oracle SaaS SCM applications.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and related applications.
