What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Financial applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement configurations and customizations, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Financial modules.

You have that rare combination—a sharp technical brain and a head for business. You’ll use this to help customers achieve real-world success with our products. We also look for:

  • Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for financial processes

  • Analyze and interpret business needs, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs

  • Design and configure Oracle Financial modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices

  • Develop, test, and implement customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations (CEMLIs) within Oracle SaaS Financial applications

  • Collaborate with development teams to build and test technical solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements

  • Provide technical support for Oracle Financial modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure system stability and performance

  • Configure Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and other related applications

  • Maintain and manage system setups, configurations, and data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the financial landscape

  • Perform regular system administration tasks, including user management, security configurations, and data maintenance

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for financial modules, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the financial domain

  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle SaaS Financial features and functionalities, recommending, and implementing best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize financial processes

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant, with a focus on Oracle SaaS Financial applications

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and related applications

  • Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of Finance modules implementation
