The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?

As a Receptionist, your role will involve handling various administrative support tasks, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, organizing meetings and training rooms, managing deliveries, sorting mail, and coordinating travel plans. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for administrative aspects of the Health and Safety process and will be an integral part of the onboarding team. As a member of our office, you’ll also contribute to internal initiatives and events. You will be working closely with the People & Organization Business Partner and the Managing Director of Lundbeck GBS Krakow.

Your future team

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is a part of Corporate Functions and a strategic part of Lundbeck, global pharmaceutical company specialized in brain diseases.

As Receptionist you will join our People & Organization and Facility Management Team located in Krakow. We are focused on administrative & facility tasks that go hand in hand with people needs. This is a unique chance to become part of a dedicated team, develop your personal skills, gain administrative knowledge, and collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. You will support also with Vice President, Managing Director of Lundbeck GBS Kraków.

What you bring to the team

  • At least B2 level of English and Polish

  • Availability 5 days a week to work in the office

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Previous experience in the similar position will be an asset
